Inspirational Quote of the Day:
"The hardest arithmetic to master is that which enables us to count our blessings." - Eric Hoffer
Ready and holding steady in the electric morning light. Peaked out high tide got it slowed down temporarily as significant NW swell forms a reduction. Already warming above the 30s and checked in at 42F with the slightest of E winds wafting the scent of bacon to entice. Water temps continue to hang tough and keep toes warm and the search for serenity is of course never-ending. The foundation is poured and setting up with wait times more than manageable.
CHANNEL: Interior bar efforts with help from the incoming tide set the stage for the day. Fragmented peaks with too much water currently. Divide and conquer with slides to the left or the right. Now logs are the most appropriate vehicle of choice; later may induce less foam to attain nirvana.
PATCH: A solitary figure forges forwards in the face of incoming tidal forces. With only W action to facilitate breakers, what exists is smooth but lacking a true engagement. Less water may allow for forces to fully realize their potential and smooth out the rough edges.
