Inspirational Quote of the Day:
"Courage is more exhilarating than fear, and in the long run, it is easier." - Eleanor Roosevelt
Pale pockets of blue materializing as the sun rises to the challenge and breaks through. Calm and 55F with no winds felt or visible. Applicants approach with the incoming tide in and effort to mine stoke and find early slides. NW swell remains active though slackening. S swell continues a steep approach which plays hit and miss with the coastline. A smoothness prevails and a day full of potential awaits.
CHANNEL: Getting in and on while the day is young will elicit the incoming tidal attack as it forges through Mali-Bo and the inside Channel. Some potent dumpers on the lesser bottoms while the sandbars reconfigure. As the day unfolds the outgoing tide will confiscate and clean then abandon all waters leaving little to work with and even less to ride. Choose wisely friends.
PATCH: A trio traverses the distance then spreads far and wide. With higher water levels rocks are no worry but knowing their location will help you find an appropriate take off zone. South swell still on the steeper angled side and not fully actuated to our frequencies. Thigh high cruiser waves are the scene to dig on today.
