Inspirational Quote of the Day:
“A very little key will open a very heavy door.” - Charles Dickens
Low level stillness hangs above while temps take the opportunity to reach 57F. Coastal veil again and sun may not make its scheduled appearance today. Winds have ceased and those gazing towards the horizon do so from the highest vantage point to avoid a ritual soaking. As is the custom, there are the dedicated, the desperate and the disillusioned making their way into uncertain conditions. The findings are tinged with adventure if you are up for a challenge.
CHANNEL: Fully flushed with tide above and beyond the norm. Easing swell still with capacity for production but buried deep beneath too much water. Shapes and forms may be in the mind’s eye as they appear and vanish while the breakers curve. As the water recedes it does so at a rapid pace which opens opportunities for rips and rides or both.
PATCH: Still storm riddled and directionally challenged by current swell. No true rollers of consequence but something to test the balance and wobble along for feet rather than yards. This space may not be the place today, but keep an open and watchful eye as better days lie ahead.
