Inspirational Quote of the Day:
“The smallest oceans still make big, big waves.” - Eddie Vedder
Candy floss pink, blue and gray hues glowing as the morning sun rises above sending vitamin D engery below. Calm for now and wickedly cool as temps begin at 43. Tides are still crowned King, as roads are covered with water and some freeway exits are closed. Opportunity knocked early this AM for rain and wind are on their way with the negative tide retreat. Double up in extra warm layers, add another espresso shot to your coffee and don’t forget to put the heater on high.
CHANNEL: King tide roaring up the ramp and creeping into the street. The sea wall is open for business taking casualties for those who don’t have perfect timing. Check your head and know your level before entering. Rising water levels in the Channel creating mushy waves in the thigh height. Incoming current is strong and before you know it, in the lagoon you go. Currently three hopefuls out trying to make their way back in.
PATCH: A small group of Santa’s helpers are out trying to herd reindeer for their last grooming session before tomorrows flight. With out much success, most elves are left going in circles and in opposite directions.
