Inspirational Quote of the Day:
"Remember, success is a journey not a destination.  Have faith in your ability.  You will do just fine." - Bruce Lee

Patchy clouds sprinkled in with blue sky and yellow sun.  Cooler temps this morning as 41 starts us off and topping out at 55 this afternoon.  Looks like Summer has come and gone for now.  Quiet noise with a light breeze and chirping birds of all feathers gather for breakfast.  Bring a jacket and dress in layers as you make your way to the waters edge.  Bundle up for the day and set your sights on nature.

CHANNEL:  NW swell easing way back with the tide.  Super small, ankle over toe rolling in over the Groin as 4 water crafts float for position.  Calm water flowing in and out of the Channel, creating tranquil and peaceful feelings.  Take a deep breath, pause for a moment and watch the seals swim.

PATCH:  It's a great day to catch up on the exciting Olympic Curling matches from yesterday.  Take a step further and enjoy the biathlon Cross Country skiing while sipping on coffee and fueling up on crispy, buttery pancakes.
