Inspirational Quote of the Day:
“To acquire knowledge, one must study; but to acquire wisdom, one must observe" - Marilyn van Savant
Windy streets with fallen leaves and gray covered sun ring in this morning's back to school week. A collective sigh of relief from parental figures as kids of all ages resume a regular programmed schedule. The sharpening of Dixon-Ticonderoga number 2's are a welcomed sound and smell to all. For those who start later, one last trip to the salty sea is on the agenda. With swell dwindling and crowds thinning, take a deep breath and give thanks to Monday.
CHANNEL: Windy and slightly blown out, as the ocean looks a little sea-sick this morning. South swell is no longer and what remains is a windy NW in the knee height with little push and excitement. No one out and those who have made the journey are having in depth conversations on the sea wall on what plan B is.
PATCH: Unorganized windy movements going sideways. All gray with no white and too bumpy for birds to land. Best to call it a day and stay warm and cozy with a good book.
