Inspirational Quote of the Day:
“It’s not what you look at that matters, it’s what you see.” - Henry David Thoreau

Alternation of precipitation as we are back on the rain train today. SW winds as expected further dampening down the positive vibes that were beginning to flow. Temp tepid at 51F but expectations of sun seem nil this morning. The coastline reveals only unfortunate disappointment and despair for those with slides in mind. Low tide and current guilty breezes blowing in the wrong direction are spoiling the party early. Hold onto hope for changes occur rapidly and new NW swell is poised to strike in the near future.

CHANNEL:  Water volumes are low and power reduction is evident. Rideable shapes hard to imagine or conjure in their present form. There is beauty to be found and enjoyed but one must look inward and inland to find it today.

PATCH:  A rocky, sandy shore extending many yards and many directions. Even the most needy of the SUP tribe is absent, which speaks volumes on its own accord. Any activity here will require more water and a stern will to succeed as the winds have other plans for the moment.
