Inspirational Quote of the Day:
"The positive thinker sees the invisible, feels the intangible, and achieves the impossible." - Winston Churchill
Chem trails above leading the way while a rising sun burns through the early mists. Blue sky fills every void and temp restarts at 50F. No initial winds though they did blow last night. Water temps cooled out another degree and booties more in evidence than not. Chunky NW windswell the singular source of ocean vibrations as the S has extinguished its run. It's Friday people - start getting after it.
CHANNEL: A steep-ish angle has directional aptitude heading right along the inner partition behind the Groin wall. As one progresses across into the open Channel and over to Seadrift the vibe changes and lefts are appropriate and on offer. Inside islands of sand mitigate some length of ride but the rising tide helps the cause. Size mixture ranges from thigh to waist with energy levels varying according to depth.
PATCH: Last gasps were last night and final rites were proclaimed. Lack of swell the determining cause although other factors played their role. Dribbles and small nibbles remain and boards 10' or longer are highly recommended if one attempts a revival.
