Inspirational Quote of the Day:
“Happiness is itself a kind of gratitude.” - Joseph Wood Krutch
Strong morning breeze easing trees into yoga positions above, while dust swirls in circles below. Golden hues rise forward though temps remain hovering at 48 with a slight climb to 58 for the daily high. Water surge roaring up the ramp with great force, proving the ocean is the almighty queen. Thumping and bumping, mass levels of water reach new heights off the top of the wall, leaving no dry spots. The entry is tricky, be ware and use good judgement.
CHANNEL: Ruffled and textured surface from 14 knot winds mixed with an in-coming high tide, resulting in less than ideal conditions. W swell much lower than days past as the Channel feels the burn with churning currents. A half dozen scattered trying to stay in place for a chance at the knee high sets, as long as they bring an extra paddle. Out going tide may yield better results.
PATCH: Water, water, every where, and not a drop to drink. No room to spread out, as the swelling high tide pours in, leaving no stone upturned. Time is of the essence and now is the time to wait until afternoon.
