Inspirational Quote of the Day:
“Anybody with artistic ambitions is always trying to reconnect with the way they saw things as a child.” - Tim Burton

The temperature has stayed steady, but the sky has changed. No longer can we escape the frigid den and step into the sunlight for warmth. A thick blanket of fog had trapped us inside with bigger, meaner rain clouds to follow. It is a beautiful day no matter how you spin it, just ask the man with the runny nose, or the woman in the puffy coat; for a day at the sea is a good day indeed.

CHANNEL: A crowd has gathered in the depths of the channel and spreading across to Seadrift. Countless weekend warriors take this weekend day to keep the routine going. Early morning remnants still may still be lingering in the water, but very little action is seen at this time. However, this does not stop men, women, and children alike from dressing for the task.

PATCH: Two ambitious loggers paddling fiercely for anything that moves. Little success was witnessed, and little will be expected due not to capability, but reality.
