Inspirational Quote of the Day:
“He who dares not offend cannot be honest.” - Thomas Paine

Another misty morning as dampness continues to permeate the coastal hamlet. Lightly blowing SW breezes may mark the beginnings of another round of heavy dousing from above. Spring breakers with LogJammer boards strapped to roofs forge ahead though the ocean sustains only meager nourishment for the hungry slider. Westerly swells may be no match for current low tides and forthcoming afternoon weather. Get in early if you find a place to fit in.

CHANNEL: Lacking volume in all phases but not deterring the staunch practitioners of slide. Use only side glances to view the apparition while you search for stoke nuggets within the chaff. Round out the morning with 2 to 6 cups of strong black coffee and Caddyshack reruns.

PATCH: An early quiet desperation as buoy readings signal yes while reality challenges the notion. Higher waters may come with higher winds as the day unfolds and yield even less than the zero sum game. They say getting wet is only half the fun.
