Inspirational Quote of the Day:
“Let the rain sing you a lullaby.” - Langston Hughes

Molted dark gray overhead with sheets of pouring rain falling horizontally from gale force wind. As puddles grow and streets flood, we are thankful for the little things like power and heat. Cold, extremely wet and incredibly windy with temps starting at 52 and not budging throughout the day. Today is not the day to drive over the hill to the beach for any type of water activity, period. Today, the ocean is angry.

CHANNEL:  High wind advisory in full effect, heed the warning! Current is churning and burning from every direction with NO form and NO shape. Dangerous ocean motion in every which way one can imagine. Today is definitely not the day.

PATCH:  It’s Carnival time! Grab your beads, and practice your swagger while eating King Cake. Enjoy every morsel inside where it’s nice and warm and dry.

PACK IT IN!  PACK IT OUT!

RESPECT THE BEACH!
