Inspirational Quote of the Day:
“One can learn nothing unless you proceed from the known to the unknown.” - Claude Bernard
An early chill with light frost descends though quickly quelled by the risen sun and NE winds. Temp now locked in at 40F and the skies hold a clarity that may not last. Early brimming tides now at apex have swallowed the NW swell under the weight of the seas. Generally too much watery brine and not enough power to get the morning started with a portion of stoke. Outgoing tides are just on their way and may open up possibilities undiscovered if you have the free time and patience to allow for the reveal.
CHANNEL: Light reflections off undulations that fail to transition into breakers of merit. More like a moat with motion but no devotion to host the most needy of sliders clamoring to be upon the waters. Newer NW swell may show upon the drain which has started and will proceed in earnest.
PATCH: Only a lonely and solo paddler has taken the plunge. Shapes of no variety may seem to be in play but a careful observation from a dry post determines otherwise. Any sliding will require strong shoulders or carbon fiber lances to propel forwards and into the smallest of small peaks.
