Inspirational Quote of the Day:
“Adopt the pace of Nature: her secret is patience.” - Ralph Waldo Emerson
A truly palpable calm as the beach rush dwindles and activated swells are in repose. The calmest of airs in new morning light as the day is greeted with temps of 51F and mountaintop mist. No morning hustle as only the dedicated few unfold from their perches to put eyes upon the sea and neoprene over bent joints. Rising tide has reached the apex and still plenty of beach remains accessible. The rubbing of wax upon fiberglass surfaces are the only sounds heard at this early hour.
CHANNEL: The only port of interest though early incoming was the better window of stoke. Now a bit flooded and full which has pushed action well inside along the domain of fishing vessels and shore casters. What breakers exist are profoundly smooth and suited for logging at a leisurely pace on par with a nice afternoon stroll.
PATCH: Swell initiatives unfulfilled though SW monitors indicate undulations. Tide levels remain optimum with rocks neatly tucked away but deliverance has failed and those staring are in wait, wait, wait mode. Any presumption of vast improvement will be considered fake news and roundly ignored.
